Refund Policy

Street Collection complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA), and is committed to providing a fair and transparent returns and refunds process.

Customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery if the items are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. In such cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Street Collection does not offer warranties on products. However, in accordance with the CPA, customers are entitled to return items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. These items must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt. Once the issue has been verified, Street Collection will arrange a replacement or refund and will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery. Items returned without original packaging or outside the stated return period may be refused. Certain items may also be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons unless they are faulty.

To request a return or refund, customers must contact Street Collection by emailing orders@streetcollection.online or calling 066 084 5462, providing their order number and reason for the return. Returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Street Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above or fall outside the scope of the CPA.
